Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking. The balance is due in full 3 days prior to check-in day.

Deposit is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is more than 7 days prior to check-in.
